My Approach

I have been working with children of different ages and abilities since 2000. I have learned that the best approach is to get to know the child and the family. Then we decide together what to work on. I use a hands-on approach to help the family communicate their needs. My office has a variety of materials to help children communicate through play, pictures, sign language and role playing.

My Philosophy

I believe that parents and caregivers want their children to feel loved and accepted. My goal is to help the family be able to communicate better so that everyone is heard. With better communications problems can be prevented.
