Feeling angry is hard. Did you know that there are feelings hiding underneath the angry. Sometimes we are embarrassed and it comes out as anger. Or we are lonely and it looks like anger. Have you ever seen a friend alone on the playground and they look angry. They might be lonely, or feel scared that no one likes them. What do you do when you feel angry? Who or what helps you?
Remember: It is ok to be angry. It is not ok to hurt anyone with your words or your body.
