A good leader is intelligent but willing to learn from others. They listen to the ideas of other people. They are looking to improve themselves and their company. They know when they need to get the job done themselves and when to delegate tasks. They do not take offense when challenged. Even when they disagree with someone, they are able to do so in a respectful manner.
