This will be a 1 hour introduction to what anxiety is and how to help tame it. I am hoping to have a series of presentations about coping and eventually sitting with anxious feelings . Saying it and actually doing it are very different. That is why it would be a series to focus on learning each step.
The presentation is for educational purposes, not therapy. Learning about feelings can help everyone understand themselves and others better.
