In Wisconsin we have a lot of families who homeschool their children. This can make is hard to have access to a counselor since they are not in the public or private schools. My goal is to provide counseling services or resources to homeschool families. Everyone should have access to quality mental health care.

I have a lot of experience working with children with special needs, who are neurodiverse and twice exceptions. Each child is unique and has different needs. Homeschooling can provide an education that fits the needs of the individual. I believe that we need to focus on changing our environment and society to be more inclusive rather than changing the individual.
