
What do you do with a Chance? Is about saying yes to new experiences. It is great to get a chance to try something but, sometimes our brain will say ” I have never done this, it is scary” or ” I don’t know anyone and I feel embarrassed “.
It is important to remember that feeling embarrassed or scared is uncomfortable but it is safe. Anger, loneliness, stress and guilt are also uncomfortable but safe to feel.
If you had a chance to do try something what would you try? You could try a new food, new book, say hi to someone new, go to a park or store you have never been to before. So many chances!
